DUTIES

  • Enhance the company’s reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times.
  • To develop relationships with landlords to update, increase and maintain the property database (leasing).
  • To handle arrangements and closure of tenancy agreements (leasing).
  • To form relationships with sellers/landlords to grow property listings (leasing/sales).
  • To promote properties to encourage enquiries from buyers (sales).
  • Negotiate sales and manage progress until conclusion (sales).
  • Share market intelligence with the company and team.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Clean UAE Drivers License and own car
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi (ideal but not essential)
  • Real Estate experience or in a similar field preferred
