With its own entrance and terrace facing onto the canal it is at the epicentre of the dynamic Al Raha Beach East development area which will see a wave of mixed use construction over the coming few years. Located just off the main Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway and within a short drive of Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island it has easy access and valet parking facilities.
